How To Make Popsicles Without Molds?
The next best thing to having a regular popsicle mold is using paper cups! On a baking sheet with a rim, arrange 10 paper cups. Distribute the popsicle liquid among the cups evenly. Place a piece of plastic wrap over each cup, and you might want to secure it in place with a rubber band. Popsicle sticks should be inserted through the plastic wrap’s middle and into the cup.
Favorite Homemade Popsicle Recipe Add-Ins
To boost the ante on these frozen treats, simply add more flavors! To help you get started creating your own variations, consider these ideas:
- Use lime or lemon juice to give the tastes more tang. These pair well with strawberry and raspberry-flavored Starburst packets.
- In place of water or lemon-lime soda, use Kool Aid. If you want a strong flavor, use the same kind of Kool Aid and jello. Otherwise, you can combine other flavors.
- Try adding Vanilla extract to give the sweetness a richer flavor. Vanilla goes well with cherry, strawberry, and peach flavors, in my opinion.
