These popsicles made from apple juice not only taste amazing but also offer several health benefits. Apple juice is loaded with essential vitamins, antioxidants and minerals that provide a much-needed energy boost and help maintain a healthy body.

Also, by making your own popsicles, you can control the ingredients, ensuring only natural and wholesome options for your family.

Ingredients For Apple Juice Popsicles:

  • 5 cups of apple juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Apple
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Popsicle molds (or small paper cups)

How To Make Apple Juice Popsicles?

1. Assemble the ingredients. We advise using natural, unsweetened apple juice for the finest flavor. You can, however, use whichever apple juice you like.

2. If desired, you can incorporate ground cinnamon to give your popsicles a hint of warmth. Although this process is optional, it can enhance the flavor and produce a distinctive flavor profile.

3. Combine the apple juice, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon in a pitcher (if using). The popsicle’s flavor is improved by the addition of lemon juice, which provides a subtle tang to counteract the sweetness. Well combine the components.

4. Pour the prepared mixture equally into the popsicle molds. In the absence of popsicle molds, you can substitute little paper cups. Make sure they are strong enough to withstand the liquid without deforming.

5. Put the popsicle sticks into the cups or molds with care. Make sure the sticks are positioned in the middle so that they freeze inside the treats uniformly.

6. Making sure they are on a flat surface to prevent spills, move the full molds or cups to the freezer.

7. Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 5 hours, until they are completely solid or overnight.

8. When you’re ready to enjoy your homemade Apple Juice Popsicles, run a little warm water over the outsides of the molds or cups for a few seconds to easily remove the popsicles.

You have two options here: you can blend up some homemade apple juice for an extra fresh taste, or use your favorite carton juice for a quick and easy fix. Either way, get those popsicle molds out and get ready to cool down with these sweet treats.
