What Ice Cream Goes With A Root Beer Float Popsicle?
For those who prefer a traditional, no-frills root beer float, simple, old-fashioned vanilla ice cream is probably the best option. Vanilla ice cream has a mild vanilla taste that lets the root beer flavor stand out and has a smooth, creamy texture.
Mixed together, and frozen in a popsicle mold, you’ve got a very hard to beat treat!
How Long Does It Take For Popsicles To Harden?
After you’ve finished filling the molds and have placed a popsicle stick into the tops, if you’re impatient and can’t wait for your tasty treat, how long should it take to freeze?
The popsicles typically require 4 hours to completely freeze (your freezer may require a bit longer or a little less time). However, leaving them overnight to freeze allows for each popsicle to turn out perfect!
