What Ice Cream Goes With A Root Beer Float Popsicle?

For those who prefer a traditional, no-frills root beer float, simple, old-fashioned vanilla ice cream is probably the best option. Vanilla ice cream has a mild vanilla taste that lets the root beer flavor stand out and has a smooth, creamy texture.

Mixed together, and frozen in a popsicle mold, you’ve got a very hard to beat treat!

The popsicles typically require 4 hours to completely freeze (your freezer may require a bit longer or a little less time).  However, leaving them overnight to freeze allows for each popsicle to turn out perfect!
