We usually prepare our frozen bananas and keep them in the freezer for 2-3 months. They are nice to have on hand whenever a craving strikes, or we need to keep the kids entertained for a bit. You can leave them in the freezer even longer than that, but they may start to lose their flavor a little after that point.
