Are These Popsicles Healthy?

These popsicles have ½ cup of granulated sugar in them plus the natural sugars from the fruit.  You can use low fat cream cheese and reduce the calorie count.  You could always use Swerve Sugar substitute instead of regular granulated sugar and that would make them healthier.

Are Red White and Blue Popsicles Gluten Free?

Yep! The only questionable item is the cream cheese; however, most cream cheese brands are gluten free- check their packaging to be certain.  Some brands label Gluten Free on the container.

Can You Add Alcohol To These Popsicles?

Yes you can!  We used Smirnoff Vodka- which is gluten free! Simply add 1.5 tbsp of vodka to each layer.
