How Are The Cake Mix Cookies Made
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cake mix, eggs, and oil to a large bowl and stir.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop batter, then place on a baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven when the cookies are set.
- Add chopped white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heat session, until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Dip the cookies into the chocolate, about ⅓ of the way, then set on a parchment lined baking sheet or counter. Immediately add sprinkles.
Best Way To Store The Cookies
I would always be safe and store them in ziplock baggies or in an airtight container.
How Long Will The Cookies Last
At room air, I would say no more than 36 hours. However, if you put them in an airtight container they will last up to a week- they won’t last that long though!
