Simple Syrup– a liquid sweetener
Lime Juice– made from freshly squeezed limes
Irish Whiskey– whisky made in ireland, we used Jameson Whiskey
Salt– adds to the flavor
Lime– Pretty garnish

How To Make An Irish Margarita
- Pour 2 tablespoons of salt onto a small plate. Quarter one lime, rub one quarter around the rim of cocktail glass, dip rim of glass into the salt to create a salt rim, add ice to glass. You can either use a tall glass or a pint glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, add simple syrup, irish whiskey, and lime juice. Shake
- Pour over ice in cocktail glass, garnish with a lime round and mint sprig.
- This recipe creates a single glass of this great cocktail.
