- Onion
- Green Beans, optional
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
How To Make Sheet Pan Potatoes and Onions:
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Slice the potatoes in half and place on a sheet pan
- Cut the onion into slices and add to the pan with the potatoes.
- If using green beans, add to the pan now
- Pour the olive oil over the vegetable and sprinkle with the garlic powder and pepper
- Place the sheet pan into the preheated oven and set a timer for 20 minutes
- Pull the sheet pan from the oven at 20 minutes and stir the vegetables and return to the oven for 20 more minutes
