How To Make Sheet Pan Potatoes and Onions:

  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • Slice the potatoes in half and place on a sheet pan
  • Cut the onion into slices and add to the pan with the potatoes.
  • If using green beans, add to the pan now
  • Pour the olive oil over the vegetable and sprinkle with the garlic powder and pepper
  • Place the sheet pan into the preheated oven and set a timer for 20 minutes
  • Pull the sheet pan from the oven at 20 minutes and stir the vegetables and return to the oven for 20 more minutes

Storage and Leftovers:

If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can be enjoyed for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply pop them back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
