How Do I Make Copycat Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunch?

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, meanwhile in a medium skillet brown the ground beef.  Once the ground beef is browned add in the taco seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.  
  • Place tortillas onto a baking tray and divide cheese on top of tortillas, bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has started to melt. Remove from the oven and wrap them on to the hard shell tacos.
