How Long For Cinnamon Rolls to Bake?

For this recipe the rolls bake for 18 to 20 minutes.  Most pre packaged cinnamon rolls bake for 25 to 30 minutes.  To be safe, always keep an eye on your rolls at the 20 minute mark no matter the recipe.  You want your rolls to be a nice golden brown.

Be aware rolls can be golden brown but still too dough-y on the inside.  If that is the case, leave your buns in the oven until the center is not of a dough consistency but has a bread-like center.

How Long Are Baked Cinnamon Rolls Good For?

If you can keep from having your family consume all of the rolls when they come out of the oven, you can store the cinnamon buns in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

When ready to eat, remove the amount you want and place on a plate in the center of the microwave and reheat 30 seconds at a time until you have your desired temperature.

Can You Make Cinnamon Rolls with Store Bought Dough?

Yes, you can.  You can either purchase a bread dough in the refrigerated section of your supermarket or you can get a frozen bread dough and defrost according to the instructions on the dough packaging. When the dough is ready and rolled out add your cinnamon sugar center and roll the dough up!
