Can You Freeze Blueberry Water?

Yes, Yes you can! You can freeze it in water bottles or you can freeze it in ice cube trays and then drop those cubes into cold water and enjoy.

What Ingredients Are Needed?

FOR ONE GLASS

  • 10 blueberries (cleaned)
  • 1 slice of Lemon
  • Ice Cubes (in glass)
  • Water (cold)

FOR A PITCHER

  • 30 blueberries (cleaned)
  • 1 whole lemon sliced (fresh & cleaned)
  • 10 cups Water
  • Ice Cubes (in each glass)

How To Make Blueberry Water?

FOR ONE GLASS

  1. Place the blueberries and lemon slice in a glass
  2. Top with ice
  3. Add cold water

FOR A PITCHER

  1. Place the blueberries and lemon slices in the pitcher
  2. Pour water into the pitcher
  3. Toss it in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to infuse. I recommend anywhere from 1 – 8 hours.  The longer it sits, the more flavor you will get.
  4. When serving, add ice to the glass

Can You Use Any Other Fruits or Herbs To Make Infused Water?

Yes! Here are a few other Infused water pairings with herbs!

  1. Mint: try it with melons or anytype of citrus
  2. Basil: try it with peaches, apricots and plums.
  3. Cilantro: try it with mangoes or limes.

How To Make Infused Water Taste Better

If you need your water to have a little more sweetness I would suggest either adding more blueberries and let it sit in the refrigerator longer or you can add ½ packet of Swerve Individual Sweetener to a glass.
