You might be surprised to learn that this versatile mix can do so much more than just pancakes and biscuits – it’s also the secret to making some of the best oatmeal cookies you’ll ever taste.

Ingredients – Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix – Old Fashioned Oats – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Butter – Brown Sugar – Vanilla – Egg – Raisins – Sugar

Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. This will ensure your cookies don’t stick and make cleanup a breeze.

Step 2 - Combine the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add the Bisquick Mix, Oats, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg stirring until well combined.

Step 3 - Add the wet ingredients to a large bowl. Mix in the softened butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

Step 4 - Add in your dry ingredients. If you’re adding raisins or chocolate chips, now is the time to fold them in.

Step 5 - Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Space the dough balls about 2 inches apart, Using the bottom of a glass, dip in a plate of sugar and flatten each cookie slightly.  Redip into sugar after flattening each cookie as they will spread slightly during baking.

Step 6 - Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Keep an eye on your oven, as every oven is different and you don’t want to overbake them. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
