Ingredients – Butter – White Onion – Frozen Broccoli – Chicken Broth  – Velveeta Cheese – Cheddar Cheese – Half and Half – Garlic Powder – Cornstarch

Step 1 - Start by heating a large soup pot over medium-high heat and add butter & chopped onion. Stir frequently as you simmer until the veggies are softened – about 5 to 7 minutes will do it!

Step 2 - Next, add in the broccoli with the chicken broth, reserving 1 cup of the broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, allowing to simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 2 - Lastly, add in the velveeta, shredded cheddar, half n half and garlic powder.  Give a stir to combine and allow the cheeses to melt and half n half to heat through, about 10 minutes. Then you're ready to enjoy!
