– Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix – Old Fashioned Oats – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Butter – Brown Sugar – Vanilla – Egg – Raisins – Sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to a large bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Space the dough balls about 2 inches apart.
Using the bottom of a glass, dip in a plate of sugar and flatten each cookie slightly. Redip into sugar after flattening each cookie as they will spread slightly during baking.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
