AVOCADO SHAKE
Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! Avocado shakes are super creamy and good for you.
PREP TIME: 5 MIN
COOK TIME: 3 MIN
INGREDIENTS
1 cup ice cubes1 ripe avocado cubed1/2 cup milk1/2 cup condensed milk
You’ll love how great they taste and enjoy how quick and easy they are to make.
Add ice cubes, avocado cubes, milk and condense milk to the blender. Blend till creamy. Approximately 3 min.

Top with fruits or nuts. I like to add a tiny bit of lemon drizzle and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
