Made with milk chocolate cadbury mini eggs and a homemade brownie mix, these brownies are completed in just a few simple steps. Simply add mini eggs to the brownie mix and bake according to our instructions.

I always use cadbury mini eggs in my brownies, because they’re the perfect size for mini egg brownies. And they taste great too! The mini eggs add a lovely milk chocolate flavour to the brownies, and they also make them look super cute! If you want to make these brownies even more special, you can top them with some chopped mini eggs before baking. Or you could drizzle them with melted chocolate after they’ve cooled. Either way, these brownies are sure to be a hit with all the mini egg lovers.

What Do You Need To Make Simple Mini Egg Brownies

9 x 9 Baking Pan

Eggs

Unsalted Butter

Vegetable Oil

Vanilla Extract

How Do You Make Simple Mini Egg Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl add in the eggs, butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using the whisk attachment or a hand mixer, beat until fully mixed.
  4. Add in the salt, sugars, and cocoa powder mixing until well incorporated.
  5. Slowly add in the flour in ¼ cup increments, mixing in between each increment.
  6. Once all the flour is well incorporated, add in the mini eggs and chocolate chips.
  7. Fold the chocolate into the brownie batter.
  8. Once finished, pour the batter into a prepared 9×9 pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked.
  10. Check with a toothpick to ensure the brownies are done. If the toothpick comes out clean, they are done!
  11. Take out of the oven and allow to cool to a desirable temperature.

Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Unsalted butter- melted
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Light brown sugar- lightly packed
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Cadbury mini eggs- roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
