Pumpkin Spice Cocktail Variations
- Add some spice like cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a cinnamon stick.
- Use rum instead of tequila.
- Pour in some sparkling water to add some fizz.

Tips and Tricks
- Place serving glasses in the fridge so they are cool before you pour in the cocktail.
How To Store Pumpkin Spice Cocktails?
- Leftover pumpkin spice puree can be stored in the fridge or freeze in ice cube trays. Pumpkin flavored ice cubes can be used in other cocktails or to add flavor to water.
- Leftover salt mixture can be stored in an airtight container on the counter for a few days.
Can I Use Individual Spices Instead Of Pumpkin Pie Spice?
Yes, if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand you can make your own. Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.
Can I Use Bottled Lime and Orange Juice?
Yes, bottled lime and orange will work but I recommend you use fresh as the cocktail will taste much better.
Can I Use White Sugar Instead Of Brown Sugar?
In most cases white and brown sugar can be used interchangeably but I find in this cocktail recipe brown sugar adds a better flavor and texture.
So go ahead and give this easy pumpkin spice cocktail a try. Whether you’re hosting a party or just want to relax on the couch with a tasty drink, this recipe is sure to please. And if you really love pumpkin spice, feel free to add an extra dose of it to the recipe.
