What Are The Ingredients For Easy Oatmeal Cookies?

How Do I Make Easy Oatmeal Cookies For Kids?

Get the oven ready for an adventure, preheating it to 375 degrees F! Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and prepare yourself.

In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour -all spiced up with brown sugar- baking soda and cinnamon among other ingredients that will make your cookies taste divine. Melt butter in some heat safe apparatus then whisk together applesauce, egg and vanilla.

Mix all these wonderful things together until everything is combined nicely; now portion out tablespoons of dough onto the prepared tray 2 inches apart pressing lightly down on them as they can be quite sticky!

Lastly bake those tasty treats between 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown letting them cool off before serving while snuggling warmly inside their aromatic blanket of deliciousness.

Are Oatmeal Cookies A Healthy Snack?

When it comes to cookies, oatmeal packs a nutritional punch! Not only does this tasty treat offer more fiber than traditional sugar cookies, but you get minerals like calcium and potassium too.

Plus, with fewer calories per serving — your sweet tooth won’t deter your health goals either!

Can I Use Rolled Oats Instead Of Quick Oats In Cookies?

If you ever find yourself in an oats pickle, don’t panic. Just reach for the food processor! Old-fashioned rolled oats are no match for its power: pulse them a few times and they’ll become rapid cooking oats – just what your recipe calls for.

Which Ingredient Makes Cookies Chewy?

When it comes to whipping up a batch of delicious cookies, there’s one simple rule you should keep in mind: don’t skip the egg! The whites might dry out when baked but replacing them with extra yolks will give your treats an un-beat-ably soft and chewy texture.

Plus – added bonus – more fat equals maximum flavor!
