Chicken Breast

Cumin

Sea Salt & Pepper

Peanut Butter

Water

Soy Sauce

Sriracha

Honey

Red Pepper Flakes

Season the chicken breast tenders with cumin, sea salt, and pepper. Carefully skewer each tender with a wooden stick, and place the kabob over a microwave-safe bowl.

Mix the peanut butter with the water. Add the soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Mix, and set it aside.

  • 2 Chicken Breast, (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • Sea Salt and Pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Cooking Spray, (Olive Oil)
  1. Mix the peanut butter with the water.
  2. Add the soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Mix, and set it aside.
  3. Season the chicken breast tenders with cumin, sea salt, and pepper.
  4. Carefully skewer each tender with a wooden stick, and place the kabob over a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Spray the meat with olive oil, then cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  6. Check on the chicken to ensure it is not burning, then cook it for another 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken is completely cooked, spice it up with some red pepper flakes.
