- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In an electric stand mixer, cream together the applesauce, and sugars. Approx 4 minutes.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla and oatmeal.
- Slowly, mix the flour, baking soda and salt into the creamed mixture.
- Using a 1 teaspoon cookie scoop, drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
