- 6 oz Raspberry Jello Mix
- 6 oz Lime Jello Mix
- 2 cups Boiling Water, divided
- 8 oz Whipped Topping, thawed

How To Make Easy Christmas Poke Cake
1. Bake the Cake
Start by preparing the white cake mix according to the package instructions. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely.
2. Prepare the Jello
In two separate bowls, mix 1 cup of boiling water with the raspberry jello mix and another cup with the lime jello mix. Stir until each is fully dissolved and blended.
3. Poke and Pour
Use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly throughout the cooled cake. Pour the raspberry jello mixture over two alternating rows, and the lime jello mixture over the remaining rows.
4. Refrigerate
Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool for about 20 minutes.
5. Add the Toppings

Easy Christmas Poke Cake

Ingredients
- 15.25 oz white cake mix (and ingredients to make according to packaging directions)
- 6 oz. raspberry jello mix
- 6 oz lime jello mix
- 2 c boiling water, divided
- 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
- Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions
- Bake the cake per the instructions on the cake mix. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Separate the jello into two bowls or measuring cups.
- Mix 1 c of boiling water with lime jello mix and 1 c of boiling water with the raspberry jello mix. Combined until blended through.
- Using the end of a wooden spoon or similar, poke holes throughout the cake.
- Alternating rows, pour in the cup of raspberry on two rows, alternating rows with the lime.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and place the whipped topping and sprinkles if using.
- Place back into the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
