How To Make Chili Mac and Cheese

  1. Follow the packaging directions on the pasta and cook it. Drain, then set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef, onions, bell pepper and garlic in an oven safe pot. 
  3. Mix in the beans, broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and seasonings to the ground beef mixture.

  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ½ bell pepper, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
