What Is Needed To Make This Sparkling Water?

  • Ice 
  • Fresh Citrus Juice of Your Choice 
  • Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • Sparkling Water such as San Pellegrino or club soda, if you prefer
  • Fresh Sprigs of Rosemary and slices/wedges of your preferred citrus fruit for garnish 

How To Make Citrus and Rosemary Sparkling Water?

  • Fill a 16 ounce mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 
  • Pour the citrus juice and rosemary simple syrup over the ice.
  • Secure a lid onto the container, then shake vigorously to chill.
  • Pour the mixture into a small cocktail tumbler or other 8 ounce glass. 
  • Pour the sparkling water over the juice mixture until the glass is filled as desired.
  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and/or fresh slices of citrus fruit, then serve.

A Few Helpful Notes:

  • Use any citrus juice of your choice – lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange all pair well with rosemary.
  • You can drain the shaken juice & simple syrup mixture off the ice or pour the ice into your glass – it’s your choice. 
  • Substitute a lemon-lime soda such as sprite or Sierra Mist for the sparkling water if desired.
  • To make more than one serving at a time, simply multiply the ingredients at a 1:1:3 juice to simple syrup to sparkling water ratio.
