Can You Put An Egg On Pizza?

Yep! Eggs on your pizza not only make it acceptable to eat it for breakfast, but they also give it a rich, creamy coating.

Ways To Add Eggs To Any Pizza

On our pizza we added scrambled eggs.  You’ll need to consider the egg yolk’s consistency you will want to eat. If you want a runny yolk, then crack the egg onto the sausage gravy and pizza dough later in the baking process. If you want a cooked yolk, then crack the egg sooner in the baking process.
