Ingredients For Basil Water with Mango

  • Mango (peeled and chopped)
  • Fresh basil leaves (cleaned, or a whole sprig if you choose)
  • Ice Cubes (in glass)
  • Water (cold)

How To Make Basil Water with Mango

  1. Place the mango and basil leaves in the pitcher
  2. Pour water into the pitcher
  3. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to infuse. I recommend anywhere from 1 – 8 hours.  The longer it sits, the more flavor you will get.
  4. When serving, add ice to the glass

Feel free to add more mango or fresh basil if you prefer!  The great news about this refreshing water is that you can easily adjust it to your taste.

Basil Water With Mango Variations:

  • Change up the fruit – really any fruit will work well; pineapple, papaya, berries, melon, mango, grapes, lemons, lime, peaches… the options are endless
  • Try a vegetable based water and add sliced celery, beets or cucumbers
